Why Tully’s Cleaning

Why Tully’s Cleaning?

Over last few years, I have changed eight different cleaning companies and said no to even more. Not only you have to look at how reliable the cleaning company’s crew is but also if they know their work. And obviously, I love cleaning companies that have all the latest equipment. More capable machines do their work more efficiently and effectively.

Whenever I interview a cleaning company’s rep, I always ask them a few questions. The last cleaning company that I was using stopped upgrading their equipment while there were frequent changes in the staff. I wasn’t sure if I could continue letting them in the house.

About the questions that I ask, they really help me choose the right cleaning company. If you are looking for a good cleaning company, make sure you too ask your potential service provider the following questions:

How established is the company?

I don’t weigh this a lot but the status of a company still helps. It allows you to track a company if something goes wrong. An established company is also better at giving you the cost and quality guarantees.

What services do they offer?

If a company doesn’t offer the entire range of services that you are after, then there’s no need to hire it.

How trained is the staff?

You may not be able to know this until you see a demonstration but you can take an assurance from the cleaning company about how trained their crew is. Before contracting, find out if the cleaning company trains their staff.

Do they any certifications?

For this, I usually go on a cleaning company’s website and check if they have any certifications. Once you do that, make sure to visit the cleaning company’s office and double check if they actually have the certifications.

Are they offering green cleaning?

If you care about the environment and prefer green cleaning, then ask the cleaning company if they have environment-friendly cleaning practices. Remember that green cleaning isn’t just good for nature but also your health. A recent study suggests that house cleaning with cleaner is just as bad as smoking.

Do they have good referrals?

I take referrals with the grain of salt but I still don’t mind looking at them because it’s very convenient for companies to lie about their clients.

How accommodating is the cleaning company?

Don’t expect a cleaning company to cut down their prices or offer extra services. Just see if they are cooperative.

With their 35 years of experience in the residential and commercial cleaning, they are the best in Rockland without a doubt.
